1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive
Name, phone number or email, details about the dog, selected service, preferences and suitable visit time. Do not submit medical, payment or other sensitive information through the form.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to respond, estimate the price, arrange and deliver the booking, and communicate about your request. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps.
4. Transfer and storage
The form sends data only to the configured booking service. If it is not configured, no data is sent: the site offers to prepare an email in your email app. DOGFORMA does not sell personal data. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to process the request.
5. Retention period
Request correspondence is kept only as long as needed for booking, service delivery, legal obligations and possible disputes. Outdated requests are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restricted processing, object to processing, withdraw consent and obtain information about your data. Contact: info@dogforma.eu. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also contact the Slovenian data protection authority.
7. Browser storage
The site stores only the selected language, theme and logo variant locally. These settings are not sent to DOGFORMA and are not used for advertising or profiling.
8. Policy changes
The current version is always published on this page. The update date changes when material changes are made.
